The mission of the Legislative Committee on the National Guard Association of Puerto Rico is to promote and advocate for the interests and welfare of the Puerto Rico National Guard and its members. The Committee works to strengthen the National Guard's readiness, training, and equipment, as well as to ensure that the National Guard is appropriately funded and resourced. Additionally, the Committee aims to enhance the quality of life for National Guard members and their families by advocating for benefits, support, and recognition for their sacrifices and service. The Committee also serves as a liaison between the National Guard and the Puerto Rico Legislature, working to promote collaboration and communication between these entities. Ultimately, the Legislative Committee on the National Guard Association of Puerto Rico strives to ensure that the National Guard remains a vital and effective force in protecting the citizens and interests of Puerto Rico.

The mission of the Sponsor Committee is to secure financial support or other resources from corporate sponsors or other entities to fund the organization or event's activities. The Sponsor Committee is responsible for identifying potential sponsors, developing and presenting sponsorship proposals, and negotiating sponsorship agreements that meet the needs of both the sponsor and the organization or event. The committee may also be responsible for coordinating sponsor recognition and benefits, such as logo placement, advertising, or hospitality opportunities. Ultimately, the Sponsor Committee helps to ensure that the organization or event has the financial resources and support necessary to achieve its goals and objectives.

Marketing and Public Relations Committee

The mission of the Marketing Committee in the National Guard Association of Puerto Rico is to promote the image and brand of the organization and to increase awareness of the National Guard's mission and activities among the public, as well as potential members and partners. The Marketing Committee works to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns that effectively communicate the National Guard's value and contributions to the community and to the defense of Puerto Rico. This may involve creating and disseminating promotional materials, coordinating events and public relations efforts, managing the organization's social media presence, and developing relationships with media outlets and other relevant stakeholders. By enhancing the National Guard's visibility and reputation, the Marketing Committee helps to attract and retain talented individuals and secure resources and partnerships that support the National Guard's continued success.

Officer Professional Development Committee

The mission of the Officer Professional Development Committee in the National Guard Association of Puerto Rico is to enhance the professional development and education of National Guard officers in Puerto Rico. The committee works to identify and promote opportunities for officers to advance their knowledge, skills, and abilities in military and civilian areas, including leadership, management, and technical fields. The committee also works to provide resources and support for officers pursuing advanced degrees or professional certifications. The Officer Professional Development Committee aims to improve the readiness and effectiveness of the National Guard by ensuring that its officers are well-trained, knowledgeable, and equipped to meet the challenges of their roles. Additionally, the committee helps to strengthen the National Guard's ties with the community by promoting the value of military service and the contributions of National Guard officers to Puerto Rico.

The mission of the Calendar Committee is to manage and schedule the agenda of the organization or governing body it serves. This involves determining the order and priority of items to be addressed and setting deadlines for their completion. The Calendar Committee must also ensure that all necessary information and materials are available to members prior to meetings and that appropriate time is allotted for discussion and decision-making. By managing the organization's calendar, the Calendar Committee helps to ensure that its work is conducted efficiently and effectively, with a focus on achieving the organization's goals and objectives.
